In the privately owned paddock across the road, there is an old wooden building, which has the purpose of being a sheering shed. This was once located at the current Inglewood footy field. This was the player change rooms. In 1974-75 when the new football pavillion was erected, this footy shed was relocated. It was moved up Grant Street, the headmaster of the Inglewood School enforced all students and teachers to go to the front fence to witness the event.
