Sapience Trek: Greetings!
It has come to my attention that most of the parks in Clarkstown are for residents only, and many have put up signs indicating as such and state they may check for IDs while you are in the parks.

Specifically:
All Town parks are for Clarkstown residents only with the exception of the following:
* The Davenport Preserve which was purchased with federal and state funds in 1974 is open to the general public.
* The Miniature Golf Course located at Germonds Park is open to the general public.
This cache is located in Kings Park.
Geocaches should be available to all players, not just the residents of a village or town.
I am archiving all caches in Clarkstown parks where non-residents are unwelcome. If the town changes the policy in the future we can publish caches here again.
Please remove the cache at your earliest convenience.
