Pise sa rok 1938, vrcholi celosvetova hospodarska kriza a schyluje sa k II. svetovej vojne. V tychto tazkych casoch kraca mlada ruzomberska gymnazistka domov zo skoly a prechadza popri predajni Bata v centre mesta. Tuzobne pozera do vykladu na krasne cizmy, ktore maju typicky batovsku cenu 99 korun. Vie, ze si ich nemoze dovolit a tak len s povzdychom pokracuje domov k rodicom do Likavky. Stale mysli na cizmy, po ktorych tuzi a v duchu si mysli: „Keby som tak nasla nejake peniaze, keby som nasla aspon par korun a zvysok by som si dolozila. Cizmy by mohli byt moje. Este nikdy som nic nenasla, aspon raz by som mohla mat stastie...“
Cestou sa rozhodla, ze pojde do Likavky skratkou "popod most" a nie cez rampy - vtedy jediny prechod cez zeleznicnu trat. Zisla teda dole schodmi a kracala chodnickom v tme popri potoku a stale myslela na cizmy. V tme zrarzu o nieco zakopla. Trochu sa zlakla ci to nie je mys alebo... Ale jej oci si uz zvykli na tmu a pozrela sa na zem. Neuveritelne! Pri nohach jej lezala penazenka!! Zlakla sa viac ako keby to bola ta mys! Pozrela sa ci neuvidi niekde niekoho kto ju stratil. Stala tam v tme uplne sama a naokolo nikde nikoho! Opatrne sa zohla a zdvihla ju zo zeme. S busiacim srdcom opatrne otvorila najdenu penazenku – bolo v nej sto korun...!
Tento pribeh sa zaklada na skutocnej udalosti, ktora sa prihodila nasej starej mame. Iba vdaka nej vieme o skratke, ktora kedysi existovala. Ako male deti sme tuto skratku niekolkokrat preskumali a povazovali sme za obrovske dobrodruzstvo prejst tymito zabudnutymi priestormi. Rozhodli sme sa pribeh ozivit a aj teraz sa tu nachadza podobny poklad, akym bolo 100 korun v tridsiatych rokoch minuleho storocia. Pokuste sa teda najst skratku do minulosti

Cestovanie v case nie je kazdodenna zalezitost, preto ani cache asi nebude pre kazdeho. Neprecenujte svoje schopnosti a budte opatrní. Odporucame odlov minimalne vo dvojici. Shortcut to the Past
Year 1938. Worldwide economic crisis is on the top. World War II is about to begin. In these hard times, young lady, high school student, pass along the Bata store in the downtown. Looks wistfully into a show window at a beautiful boots for Bata's typical price - 99 crowns. She knows that she can't afford them and thus only sighed and walked away heading to parent's house in Likavka. She still thinks about the boots. She falled in love with them. - "If I had to find some money, though I found at least a few crowns and the boots could be mine. I have never found anything, at least once I could get lucky ... ", she thought. Subconsciously she decided to take a shortcut to Likavka and not to go "through the ramps", as the only one crossing rail lines was called, but "under the bridge" as people here shortcut called. Walked downstairs and took a path along the creek, still thinking about the boots. Suddenly she tumbled over something. -"Hope its not a mouse or....!", she got scared. Her eyes already got used on darkness, she stared at ground. Unbelievable! A wallet laid at her feet. She got scared even more. She took a quick look around if somebody is watching. Nobody around. She carefully took the wallet and with heart beating wildly she slowly opened it - there were hundred crowns inside...!
This story is based on real event which happened to our grandmother. Only because of her we know about shortcut that once existed. As young children we have this shortcut repeatedly reviewed and considered as a huge adventure followed by these forgotten spaces. We decided to revive the story and even now there is a similar treasure, which were 100 crowns in the thirties of last century. Therefore try to find a shortcut to the past.
