Geocache Description:

The third jewel in the Triple Crown. A challenge brought to you by bearff, dronnord, and venturetrex, cachers from the Slave Lake area. FTF (or FTComplete) prize for this cache is a one night stay for two at a Slave Lake Motel or campground. The FTF prize must be claimed by the first to find. It will not be passed on to the next finder. You decide if it is motel or campground, Contact venturetrex to make the arrangements.

THERE IS A CACHE AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.

To log this cache you must find a minimum two caches in at least 36 of the 50 mapsheets (Scale 1:250,000) that cover Alberta. They are labelled 72E, 83B, 84N, etc. See the attached Picture for the Mapsheets. It doesn't matter when the caches were placed or found. This cache can be done as you travel diverse Alberta for the other "two jewels in the crown."
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Caches found for the Alberta Provincial Park Challenge (GC222BN) and The MD's of Alberta Part Two of a Triple Crown (GC23E9E) are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Cache. Virtual Caches are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Cache.

This cache location is now a temporary trailer park. The cache itself is seriously damaged by the May 2011 Wildfire. I have tried to relocate this cache close to accessible roads. The area that hasn't been burnt is undergoing FireSmart thinning and clearing. (I have lost a few caches to the FireSmart Program). As such the cache will not be moved for a while yet. I am removing the permission to write a note in the log book until such time as I can find a suitable hiding spot.

Please create a Bookmark for your finds and email the completed list once you are ready to log your find. I must review your caches BEFORE you are able to log this cache as Found.

All logs that do not comply will be deleted.
