Geocache Description:

2nd Cache in series of 7 (including the bonus) that make up a 5 mile walk on footpaths along Llangybi walk #2 (shortened route)

2nd Cache in series of 7 (including the bonus) that make up a 5 mile walk on footpaths along the published Llangybi walk #2 (shortened route). Cache details This is the 2nd in a series of 6 caches that can be done independently or as a series (plus a bonus cache),that take you on the 5 mile 'shortened llangybi walk #2 (as published); however, when following the trail please follow the signs for circular walk #1', starting and finishing in the village of Llangybi. The walk and all caches are on public footpaths or roads/lanes. The walk is across varying countryside with gates and stiles and will take you through Llangybi Park, the old mansion site; near the Motte and Bailey; past Llangybi Castle ruins ( unfortunately access is restriced without prior permission); a forest track. The Historical White Hart Inn and The Church are close to the parking co-ordinates given and are both worth a visit. The whole area is used for game rearing and shooting and dogs must be kept under control at all times. Each cache contains a part of the code needed to get the bonus cache (Dave Phillips-Jackson 6 (Llangybi #7). The 6 cache containers are all small clip lock boxes hidden in camo bags that hold log, pencil and small swaps and will take small travel bugs and geocoins. The bonus cache (Dave Phillips-Jackson 6 (Llangybi #7) is a 1 litre screw top container, also in a camo bag.
