Sehested – dansk stattholder i Norge
«Posten skal fram» var gode gamle Postverkets slagord og visjon.
Uansett vær og vind, sommer eller vinter, så har postansatte landet
over strevd seg fram fra hus til hus. I årtier har de uniformerte
levert en fantastisk service, og en tjeneste vi tar som en
selvfølge.

For at Posten skal komme så raskt og greit frem som den gjør er
det viktig at adressen er korrekt. En viktig del av en korrekt
adresse er den såkalte "Postadressen" som består av et fire-siffret
postnummer og et beskrivende stedsnavn. Ordningen med postnummer
ble innført i 1968.
De oppgitte koordinatene til denne cahcen tar deg til "Skien
Sentrum Postkontor" som ligger på Lietorvet. Men der finner du nok
ikke cachen! For å finne den må du finne de korrekte koordinatene
som ligger gjemt i listen med poststeder nedenfor.

On 17 January 1647 "Postverket" was created by Hannibal Sehested -
Danish governor in Norway
"Posten skal fram" (The mail shall be delivered) were the good
old slogan and vision. Whatever the weather, summer or winter, the
mailmen across the country struggled their way from house to house.
For decades they have delivered a fantastic service, a service we
take for granted.
For the mail to be delivered as quickly and smoothly as it does,
it is important that the address is correct. An important part of a
correct address is the so-called "postal address" which here in
Norway consists of a four-digit zip code and a descriptive name.
The postal codes was introduced in 1968.
The specified coordinates to this cahcen takes you to "Skien
Sentrum" post office located at Lietorvet. But you won't find the
cahce there! To find the cache you must find the correct
coordinates that are hidden in the list of postal locations in the
yellow box above.
