Pokemania! Level 3 Mystery Cache

We're back! Gotta catch 'em all! Welcome to Pokemania Level 3, the last cache before the final to wrap up the series. If you've made it this far in the series, this last puzzle should give you no trouble, or will it? For help identifying the Pokemon, check out this webpage. The rest is up to you, however.
