Cache is located in Lake Elmo Park Reserve. A daily fee or yearly sticker is required to enter in a vehicle. Entrance is free the first (non-holiday) Tuesday of each month.
This cache will test the capabilities of one of your special "Tools of the Trade" (TOTT) items. This cache is my attempt to reach the loftier goals some other recent cache hiders have been going to, but without overdoing it. Please replace cache as you found it.
Park is open daily (year-round) from 7 a.m. to a half-hour after sunset.
