As a child cloud watching was always something i enjoyed
greatly. I also was a huge fan of looney tunes. so when i saw this
cloud shadow on the map screen i though i had to put something
here.
To solve this requires some imagination and some web
searching.
First take a look at the shadow the cloud is making on the google
satalite view (i'll add a screen shot in case google updates this
area) and try to make out what looney tunes character this
is.
Second look up the episode and information on the real animal and
answer these questions.

B- The first digit in the population of the area where this

C- The number of heads on one of the other creatures in the
area
DD- The last 2 digits of the year the episode was made.
