Our geocaching team is Brooklyn51. We grew up in New Hampton, Iowa and Centereach-Brookhaven, New York. We have adult children named Seth and Hayley. We own a home in Minneapolis.
Our hobbies are geocaching, reading books, going to Civil War battlefields, traveling and collecting lapel pins. We have eclectic passions: arts & crafts, American history, geocaching and visiting cemeteries.
Our last vacation was to Kansas.
Our favorite books are “Undaunted Courage,” “The Foundation Series,” “Dune,” “Centennial,” and anything about history.
We love Italian food. But we won’t turn down Mexican. And we like Chinese.
We studied at the University of Iowa and Drake University.
Our favorite movies are: “Mumford,” “Citizen Kane,” “2001: A Space Odyssey,” and “Glory.” And we recommend these TV shows: “The Office,” “The Late Show with David Letterman,” and “Mythbusters.”
