Following on from Surrey School Days set by Tjapukai and Woking Wonders…
This is the second in a series concerning Berkshire schools / colleges and their famous pupils. The coordinates above are not for the cache, but for another school in the vicinity, with no connection to what follows.

You are looking for a school, and a former pupil (X) who boarded here during his/her education..

X was born in Belgravia, London. His/her mother was a famous Edwardian beauty and was the subject of several portraits..

While a pupil of this school, X won scholarships in the classics.

The first headmaster of this school later became an Archbishop of Canterbury.
