After a long day chasing the villans of Gotham City Batman decides it is time to replace the Batmobile. He decides he wants an exact replica with all the updates of modern crime fighting. On the way back to the Batcave The Bat-phone rings and it is Commissioner Gordon. Commissioner Gordon begins to explain his concern that there may be a need to replace the Batmobile with a new more updated version to keep up with the current criminals of Gotham City. Ironically Batman explains to Commissioner Gorden that he was thinking the same thing. Batman (a.k.a. Bruce Wayne) and a savy investor decides that he is going to lease this new Batmobile. He has been seeing a return of 19% on his investments and realizes that he can lease this vehicle for 6.288%. He contacts Gotham City Lease company also known as GCLC and gets a quote. The MSRP of a New Current version of the Batmobile is $1,421,930. After talking things over with the dealer Batman negotiates a fair lease price of $851,671 for the new Batmobile. GCLC asks how long the lease will be for and Batman tells them three years. Then GCLC asks how many miles per year will be driven and Batman tells them 12,000 miles per year will be just fine. After reviewing the lease contract Batman discovers a initial acquisition fee of $595.00. He decides to capitalize that fee. He had dropped Robin off earlier and was waiting on more information from him when all of a sudden his phone received a text message. All of the message was scrambled. The only thing that was legible was an encrypted sender info. He decided that he would run it through the cipher computer when he arrived at the Batcave. Here is what it looked like. maxuhrphgwxkwhmkhubgxbzamtmzftbewhmvhf. After he decrypted the message he was ready to solve the puzzle of the Lease.
