Geocache Description:

This is the first of three puzzle caches located in Dickinson Memorial Park, Newtown, CT.

This cache is based on my favorite book Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. You do not need to know the story by heart as I do, but you will need to have some familiarity with it. If not, get a copy of the book or you can watch the BBC film version with Zelah Clarke and Timothy Dalton---yes, the future James Bond---which is the most faithful adaptation of the novel.

Giriando has agreed to read the book out loud to me in exchange for my participation in his geocaching expeditions. He is certain that this cache will not get a lot of attention. Help me prove him wrong.

Jane Eyre Fact: The Bronte sisters, Emily, Anne and Charlotte were born along with their brother Branwell at the Bronte Birthplace in Thornton in Bradford. The family later moved to the parsonage at Haworth in the heart of West Yorkshire's Bronte Country where they wrote a range of classics of English literature - including "Wuthering Heights" and "Jane Eyre".
