Local muggle kids abound and have already found this twice after poor attempts at re-hiding from previous finders. Please use super stealth while approaching and crouch down while at GZ to be less visible while signing the log. Of course, do your best to rehide it so it can't be seen.
Thompson Avenue (known locally as Christmas Tree Lane) puts on one of the most spectacular Christmas decoration exhibits in the San Francisco Bay Area each holiday season. This hide is on public property, but as with all hides in residential areas, be especially cognizant of suspicious neighbors, so please use extra stealth. Come by during the early evenings of December before Christmas and you might even get to see Santa Claus, who somehow seems unfazed by his impending marathon night.
