You've got a bit of a rough bushwhack to deal with once you've hiked the trails or walked the roads to get to this cache.
Please be aware that Black Rock is closed to hikers during deer rifle hunting season, which runs roughly from mid November through mid December.
For a shorter hike, choose one of the two parking options presented for this cache.
It's a rough view partly due to the uphill bushwhack and partly due to the fact that with leaves on the trees, you might not see much other than, well, leaves.
If you go when there is more than a few inches of snow on the ground, this one could be tough to find.
