This one didn't even make it home from the event! Wanted to hide it
in an area that's never had a cache before (at least none that I
know of).
Pretty scary to think there are places/towns that have
never had a cache before. Spooky, eh?
I'm pretty sure there has never been a cache placed in the city
of Chelsea, Iowa. Well, now there is one... barely.
This cache is well concealed and please replace it the same.
Check the hint if necessary. There is a lot of traffic passing by
here (by small-town standards anyway) so please park in the
park, not on the road and be careful. You should be able
to easily make your way to the cache from the parking area and
there is no need to get wet (unless it is raining!).
Cache contains a few small items and initially some tags. Take
one tag and move it along if you like.
