PolyCache 5 aka Rally Round 22 (Puzzle Cache)
A liquid crystal display which reveals only numerals consists of seven identical bars which can be either visible or invisible. The bars are arranged in such a way that each numeral from 0 to 9 can be displayed by switching on its own unique combination of bars and leaving the others switched off.

S has six more bars visible than its value
N
has a value one greater than the number of bars visible
L & C
have a value four greater than the number of bars visible
F & E have the same number of bars visible as their value and are consecutive
Z has three bars more visible than its value
H has the smallest number of bars visible
R has two more bars visible than its value
O has the largest number of bars visible
F
is greater than E
C is greater than L

In all cases only the minimum number of bars required to uniquely identify the numeral are visible (i.e. numerals are without serifs). All numerals are the same height.

The cache is at N 51° 47.(S)(C-H)(O-O+L)'  E 000° 42.(F+R+1)(E-4)(N+Z-1)'.
