This overlook views Foster Joseph Sayers Reservoir, known locally as Blanchard Dam, Howard Dam or Bald Eagle Lake. To the left is the marina and to the right is the bridge to Howard.
It's interesting to stop here a various times of the year. In the summer, the marina is full of all types of boats. You'll see sail boats, power, fishing boats, skidoos and the occasional kayak or canoe plying the lake In the winter, after the water draw down, you'll see what's just under the surface at the edge of the lake.
This cache is not an State park property.
Many times this viewing area attracts trash. So please CITO to be a helpful cacher.
