Quick Park and Grab

There are a lot of caches in this area and I wanted to add to the cache saturation.

I actually hid this cache over a month ago. I wanted to test it to make sure it stood up to rain and muggle traffic. I checked on it tonight and it's still safe and sound.

A person in a wheelchair can spot this cache but they wouldn't be able to retrieve it.
