Nikrmana: Unfortunately there's been some continuing issues with this cache and there is no reaction from the owner. Thus as there is no option to replace the cache, I am archiving it. I'm also archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Geocache Description:

HR 'Cache' je smjesten na pocetku setnice iz Baske Vode do Baskog Polja i Promajne. Kao sto je uobicajeno za ove krajeve, putevi su poprilicno neravni ali nebi trebalo biti problema sa dostupom.

EN The 'cache' is located at the beginning of the walkway from Baska Voda to Basko Polje and Promajna. As it is usual with the coastal area, the terrain can be uneaven but you should have no problems accessing this one.

HR Od nekadašnjeg malog naselja, smještenog oko snažnog izvora pitke vode, gdje su sa padina biokovskog grebena Sv. Ilije, u 18. stoljecu nakon izgona Turaka, spustili stanovnici naselja Bast nastalo je naselje Baška Voda sa oko 3000 stanovnika. U turistickoj sezoni u Baškoj Vodi boravi najveci broj turista od svih turistickih mjesta Makarske rivijere.

'Cache' je mala plasticna kutija u blizini bungalova 'Urania'. Kao nova sadrzi, log, gumice, nakit za kosu i TB.

EN Baska Voda was born from a small village which thrived on agriculture and fishing. In ancient times, the little village of Bast nestled by a freshwater spring which supplied the Biokovo area. During the 18th century, after the expulsion of the Turks, its inhabitant left the slopes of St. Ilija's (Elijah's) Ridge and descended to the shore, where they established Baška Voda, today a well-known tourist resort on the Makarska Riviera.

The cache is a small plastic container. At placing it contains the usual log and pen as well as swaps. Please replace safely.
