Geocache Description:

The cache is located in Cross Fork, Potter County, Pennsylvania, on PA-144 about 20 miles north of Renovo and about 24 miles south of Galeton (US-6). This cache was placed on private property with proprietors permission.

You are looking for a small plastic container. Cross Fork is a small tributary which joins Kettle Creek at the village of Cross Fork. The village today is very small, but during the early 1900s it had a population numbering in the thousands and was an important lumbering center. Today, the Cross Fork area is known for trout fishing on Kettle and Cross Fork Creeks, including a children's fishing derby held annually.
