Geocache Description:

A series of caches in this relatively quiet area of South Lakeland. On the way around you may see rocky outcrops, gorse, sheepfolds, springs, damsons and plenty of sheep! There are also great views towards the Lakeland hills as you walk. This also takes you along part of the Dales Way, which runs for 84 miles from Ilkley, West Yorkshire to the shores of Lake Windermere.

From 'Small But Mighty' follow the footpath alongside the stream and through the gorse and hawthorn bushes. When the cache was placed this part of the walk was very wet and muddy so 'mud-happy' footwear would be advised! The cache is a smallish drinks holder with a screw top. Contains room for small swaps and TB's.
