Suradnice vas privedu pred Rosenfeldov palac, ktorypostavilobchodnik Ignac Rosenfeld v roku 1907 podla projektov architekta Mikulasa Rautera. Je zmensenou napodobeninou viedenskeho zamku Belveder. Rosenfeldov palac je najvydarenejsia secestna pamiatka v meste a v minulosti mala povest najkrajsej budovy. Je hodnotnou ojedinelou ukazkou slohovo cistej architektury obdobia secesie zo zaciatku 20. storocia s vyznamnymi architektonickymi a umeleckymi hodnotami. Ako nadherna secestna budova je vyznamnou kulturnou a architektonickou pamiatkou mesta a spolu s historickymi objektami dotvara historicky ramec mesta. Svojim vyznamom prekracuje hranice Ziliny.

V 20. rokoch tu sidlila Zilinska obchodna banka, ktora sa stala dolezitym faktorom v hospodarskom zivote mesta a jeho okolia - podporovala totiz rozvoj priemyslu a obchodu. Roku 1927 sa stal tento penazny ustav filialkou. Na zaciatku patdesiatych rokov zriadili v budove Pioniersky dom, neskor Okresny dom pionierov a mladeze. Roku 1990 premenovali tuto ustanovizen na Okresny dom deti a mladeze v Ziline a naposledy tu bolo Centrum volneho casu Spektrum. Mestske zastupitelstvo v Ziline na 17. zasadnuti v roku 2004 vyhlasilo Rosenfeldov palac za kulturnu pamiatku mesta Ziliny a v roku 2009 ho ministerstvo kultury vyhlasilo za narodnu kulturnu pamiatku. Budova je pred planovanou rekonstrukciou. Mesto planuje v zrekonstruovanom palaci vytvorit galeriu, mestske muzeum, kulturne centrum a sobasnu miestnost.

A simple town one-way cache dedicated to the national cultural monument. Coordinates will take you to the Rosenfeld's Palace. This Palace was built by the seller Ignac Rosenfeld based on the projects of an architect Rauter in the 1907. It is the scale model of the Vienna Belvedere. Rosenfeld's palace is the most successful monument in the city and in the past it had the fair fame of the most beautiful buildings. It is an exquisite example of valuable pure style of architecture with major architectural and artistic values of the period from the beginning of the 20th century.

The Municipal corporation declared the Rosenfeld's Palace for a cultural monument of the city of Zilina on the 17. meeting in the 2004. In the 2009 was the Palace declared for a national cultural monument by the Ministry of Culture. The building is scheduled to the reconstruction. The city plans to create a restored palace gallery, City Museum, the cultural center and marriage room.
