I calibrate: Alas, the Valpo Dome has been razed! It is no more. They are busy removing debris. The cache container was still intact but it was too close to the active construction area. Thanks to all who found this cache!

Geocache Description:

Easy park and grab. No muggles.

Here is an interesting landmark in Valparaiso. It was originally built for Natural Ovens Bakery but it now sits vacant. As I can testify to; this landmark is currently being used by pilots as a visual aid to locate Porter County Airport from the air. Quite unique! There is a nice natural pond located here as well which is home to many species of wildlife. The driveway to the building is fully paved but may be snow covered during the winter months because I don't believe it will get plowed. Do not park on the main Eastport Centre Dr. because the cache is fully accessible from Mariposa Dr. Muggles are not an issue. The cache is a Tupperware type container which contains some goodies, a log book, and small pencils. The prize for the FTF is 2 sticks (512MB) of DDR-333MHz PC2700U notebook memory and a $1 U.S. coin.

Please ensure that the lid and popper top to the cache is fully closed.
