ChairmanMUHC: I have moved from this location and have no legal control over the final location any longer. Also, the tree has healed over the hide spot, so there's not even a place for the final to live.

Short and simple multi, starts in a nice park. Bring the kids.
Welcome to my quiet little suburban plains town. We may have a few aliens in town, but they're far away from this area. (If we had any cattle, I'm sure they wouldn't be bothered.) Since you're in town, you should stop by for a visit!
I've given this cache a difficulty of 2.5 because this location is popular not only for visiting, but also for people-watching, as the neighbors ALL have a really good view of where you'll be searching. Given where the initial is located, there's really no way to be casual about this. Do your best, and come armed either a) with a good story, or b) prepared to explain what you're doing, possibly for many minutes and to many children.
Final is on private-ish property. (City owned parkway, homeowner bears responsibility for maintenance.) There is room for very small trade items or trackables (think superball or smaller.) Homeowner knows that the cache is there, and is probably spying on you. ;)
NOTE: If you drive to the final, parking is allowed on the north side of the street only.
