Podívejme se na místo, odkud na Vás dýchne dávno zapomenuté tajemství.
Na úvodních souradnicích naleznete starý smírcí kámen, který svedcí o príbehu, který se zde odehrál pred více než sto lety. Na nedalekém sloupku naleznete i popis techto událostí.
Vypadá to tak, že se zde odehrál príbeh, který je na Vysocine soucástí folkloru. Jednou zastrelí lesník pytláka (Pif-Paf), jindy pytlák lesníka. Také lesníka mohou zastrelit partyzáni (Fryšava).
V tomto prípade to ale bylo jinak.
Lesník Gernoth byl poslední keltský druid, ochránce pokladu schovaného pod posvátným menhirem s rybí hlavou. Jeho tajemství se snažil získat cestár Sinkora z Filipova u Križánek, který se jako pytlák casto pohyboval po lese a celé tajemství už dlouho tušil. Svou pytláckou puškou lesníkovi vyhrožoval tak, že nakonec k souboji došlo. Ostrá hádka privábila dalšího pytláka, ovcáka Peška z Kamenicek, který se svou milenkou Ruženou, deveckou z Fixova mlýna, chytal ryby na udici na pravé straně potoku, blízko soutoku. Ten asi všechno vyslechl, a když padly osudové rány, po kterých zustal mrtvý jen Sinkora, nelenil a složil z jeho kulovnice i Gernotha. Ružena potom vše krive dosvedcila tak, jak je psáno.
Poklad ovšem nenašli, je dodnes dobre schován pod povaleným menhirem. Ulomená rybí hlava leží vlevo hned vedle nej.
Pokud jej chcete zkusit nalézt, zacnete hledat pod kameny v rozvalinách základů staré keltské kaple, asi 50m od smírčího kamene smerem na sever.

It seems like something in Vysocina folklore took place right here. Either a forester shoots a poacher or a poacher shoots a forester. Either of them could also be shot by the guerillas. But in this case it was different:
Forester Gernoth was the last Celtic druid, guardian of a treasure buried under the holy menhir with a fish head. Road mender Sinkora of Filipov by Krizanky who frequented the forests had a strong suspicion of the whole secret for a long time. He kept trying to get it out of the forester, even threatening him with his poacher gun. The loud argument woke the curiosity of another poacher, shepherd Pesek of Kamenicky who was fishing in a nearby stream. He was accompanied by his lover Ruzena, a maid from the Fixuv Mill. They must have heard it all and after the fatal shots were fired, by which only Sinkora was killed, Pesek finished Gernoth, too. Ruzena later testified about everything, as is written.
They did not find the treasure. It is well hidden till this day under the fallen menhir. The broken fish head lies next to it.
