Geocache Description:

The Thirty Sixth Base

A simple mathematical puzzle, culminating with a small cache find in a pleasant seaside spot.

Somewhere on this page there is some information that, if interpreted correctly, will yield an 11 digit number.

Once you have obtained this number, break it into 2 parts, the last 5 digits and the first 6 digits. Then add each part, respectively, to the following to get your coordinates:

S 3602365 + last 5 digits
E 17089248 + first 6 digits

The cache is a small camouflaged sistema containing the usual log book, swaps, etc, plus some important information that will help you complete the AMJC cache series. Please be careful searching for the cache - muggles appear at any moment and the plants do not need to suffer. The cache hide should be fairly obvious. BYO Pen!

Auckland Mega Jigsaw Challenge

This is one of the caches in the Auckland Mega Jigsaw Challenge series. The challenge is to find a series of caches and retrieve jigsaw pieces, and then race to find the final cache. To find the final cache you will first need to find all of the jigsaw pieces and assemble them together to reveal its coordinates.

The jigsaw pieces are all located in geocaches placed in the greater Auckland area. The jigsaw pieces for this cache are obtained as per the following instructions:

Inside the cache container there is an 8 character code. This code will give you the jigsaw pieces from this cache by entering it into the following URL:
http://www.funkymunkyzone.com/geo/AMJC/????????.jpg
Enter the code in place of the ?s. Note that the code is case sensitive.
