Pilskalna augstums sasniedz 247 m vjl., tas pacelas 80 m virs dienvidos esoša Pilskalna ezera limena. Pilskalna DA sans pret ezeru ir neparasti stavs - pat 90 m virs ezera limena. Nevienam citam pilskalnam Latvija nav tada sanu stavuma un augstuma. Preteja pilskalna nogaze ir mazak stava, lai gan ari ta sasniedz 35 m augstumu. Kalna virsma kadreiz arta, tomer abos plakuma galos saskatamas izpluduša valna un gravja atliekas. Ari kulturslanis no plakuma vidus ir noarts uz kalna saniem un nogazem. Iespejams, ka ieeja pilskalna bijusi no ZA puses, jo ari musdienas te kalna uzved taka. No pilskalna, ipaši no trim klajajiem pauguriem uz Z no ta, paveras krašni skati uz Aluksnes pauguraini un Hanjas augstieni Igaunija. No pilskalna var redzet Igaunijas augstako virsotni - Munamegi (318 m vlj). Netalu atrodas Delinkalns.
Pilskalna nejauši atrastas trauku lauskas dod iespeju pienemt, ka Drusku pilskalna laudis dzivojuši m.e. II g.t. pirmajos gadsimtos. Teikas vesta, ka kalna kadreiz bijis Brinumavots. Drusku pilskalna zimejums publicets jau 1864.gada. Pilskalna tuvuma vel atrodas Zengu senkapi un Dieva kalns ar Maras pedas akmeniem ezera preteja puse.

ENG - Drusku or Kornetu Hillfort is situated on the Northern Bank of the Pilskalns (the Hillfort) Lake. The surrounding of locality is featured by the great number of hills. South-eastern side of the hillfort is facing the Pilskalns Lake, this slope is unusually steep - it raises to the height of about 90 m above the level of the lake. There is no other hillfort in Latvia of the same steepness and height of the hillsides. The opposite hillside is less steep, yet it is also 35 m high. The surface of the hill has once been plought, but there still can be identified remains of a former ramparts and moats at the the both ends of the plateau. The cultural layer also has been removed to the hillsides as a result of agricultural activities. It is supposed that the entrance into the hillfort was situated in the North-eastern side, since there is a path leading to the top of the hill at this are even today. Fragments of stoneware, accidentally found in the hillfort gives a reason to suggest the Drusku or Kornetu Hillfort was inhabited at the beginning of the secon millenium AD.
