Leave It There, Louie Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Gat R Done: As there's been no cache to find for months and I have not heard back from you, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Please be advised that archiving is intended to be permanent. Help Center Article

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

Another cache in the wonderful Schaar's Bluff portion of Dakota County's Spring Lake Park.

Just after you climb over the downed tree that lies across the trail, you will come to an animal path that heads inland from the main bluff trail. That trail will lead you most of the way to the cache.

Wear long pants... in the summertime there will be tall stinging nettles along the way.

This cache will take you to a part of the park that few people get to. There are a few sections of old barbed wire here and there, so keep your eyes out for it.

You will be looking for a fairly winter-friendly, camouflaged half-gallon Rubbermaid jar.

Logging Etiquette: Geocache hiders sometimes go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. As a result, they'd like to hear your feedback on whether you liked or disliked any aspect of the hide, or if you feel that some cache maintenance is required. Single word, acronym, copy/paste boilerplate, and emoticon logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log.
