Nowadays a park, "Laca darzs" ("Bear garden") is designed in the place of the former manor orchard. At one time it was surrounded by the semi-circle of earth dams and hazelnut alley. There is still a pond with an island in the center of the garden, dug by manor bondmen. The title "Laca darzs" park has inherited from his former owner - Colonel Karlis Lacis.

In the beginning of the 90ties of 20th century there was created a recreational park with 23 compositions, which consist of 49 large stone blocks (sculptors G.Buls, V.Raudseps and V.Rubulis). It is known that at least some of these stones had long historical and cultural interest, sadly, they are not marked. Additionally the stones' value from the geological perspective is reduced, because their place of origin is not recorded.

In the garden there is located a playground and a workshop of ancient crafts. Visitors who apply in advance can watch a carpenter, a blacksmith and other craftspeople at their work as well as test their own skills at carpentry, sewing and cooking and receive information about craftsmen in the area.

More detailed info about park is here.

Only thing in the container is the logbook so BYOP (Bring Your Own Pen).
