This cache meets State Forest guidelines.
One of the largest of the North American butterflies, the Giant
Swallowtail has a wingspan between 3-1/2 and 5-1/2 inches. Its
wings are dark brown, marked by strips of yellow as well as blue
and red spots near its tail. The Giant Swallowtail is capable of
flying very long distances.
