Even though I have included a picture of the cute little statue outside the Library, the cache is nowhere near it, the landscaping that surrounds it, or the landscaping by the building. I only bring this up because we seem to be having a rash of caching going on without the aid of a GPSr. The other reason (in deference to TWS) is that I orginally set the cords with an Oregon. 
(1/2 star added accordingly!) The cords have now been corrected with a 60CSX, but let's leave the 1/2 star for fun.
