IGNEOUS STRUCTURES
Molten rock extruded through cracks and filling crevices solidifies into an intrusive igneous rock. The results form characteristic rock structures.

The Cache:
This cache takes you to the origin of this beach's name. Near the PZ, we can see two big structures resulting from the intrusion (and subsequent erosion) of dikes. The dikes were eroded, but the "boxes" are there. These "boxes" are known in this region as "Caneiros". That's why this beach is called "Praia dos Caneiros". The cache is in the East side of the beach, in the rocks. In order to achieve your goal, please make sure that all the items are satisfied:

The sea must be very calm, without big waves.

Don't go with full tide. It can be done, but only without waves
You make this cache at your own risk. Follow all the items. Don't transform this pleasant activity in a tragedy!

What is the thickness of the dike near the PZ?

Move to the second waypoint near the second dike. What is the geometric relationship between this dike and the first one?

A Cache:
Esta cache vai levá-lo à origem do nome desta praia. Perto do PZ pode observar duas estruturas formadas por filões. Os filões foram erodidos, mas as estruturas resultantes da sua formação permanecem. Estas estruturas são chamadas na região por Caneiros. Daí a praia ser chamada "Praia dos Caneiros". A cache encontra-se na zona rochosa da praia, a Este. A cache não deve ser feita sem observar as seguintes condições:

Nunca ir sozinho.

O mar deve estar muito calmo, sem grandes ondas.

Levar calçado apropriado para andar em cima de rochas.

Não devem fazer a cache com a maré cheia. É possível mas só com o mar chão.
A cache é feita por sua conta e risco! Se não cumpre as condições supra citadas, não tente fazer esta cache. Não transforme uma diversão em tragédia!

Desloque-se para o segundo waypoint. Qual a relação geométrica deste Caneiro com o primeiro?
