Kaukon sillan taistelut olivat Suomen sodan (1808 - 1809) tärkeimpiä tapahtumia
sillan strategisen aseman kannalta. Kaukon silta turvasi ruotsalaissuomalaisten

the Finnish War (1808 – 1809) because of the bridge’s strategic location. The Kauko
