As long as I remember there was an interesting village of empty multi-story apartment houses that we liked to explore as kids. Those were realy adventurous times and I bet they still would be if somebody wouldn't have decided to renovate them. But one small graffiti-covered building remains. The cache is inside. There should be no problems with anyone bothering you, but you can never be too careful! And watch out for the dripping water from the sealing and don't fall into the junky holes of water in the floor.
