Le Dieu de pitié est une statue située dans une niche à l’entrée du village. Elle représente le Christ assis, les poignets liés et couronné d’épines à peu près de la grandeur naturelle d’un homme de petite taille. Ce monument fut érigé à la dévotion de Jean Labbé, tailleur de pierre du village, en face de sa maison vers 1830 environ. La statue, plus ancienne, daterait du XVIème siècle et aurait été cachée dans le grenier de la maison voisine peut-être sous la Révolution.

The God of pity is a statue situated in a niche in the entry of the village. It represents the sat Christ, the bound wrists and crowned with thorns about of the natural size of a small-sized man. This monument was set up in the worship of Jean Labbé, stone-cutter of the village, in front of its house by approximately 1830. The statue, more former, would date the 16th century and would have been hidden in the attic of the neighbouring house maybe under the Revolution.
