THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THIS CACHE FROM THE A42
Part of a series of 18 caches set around the South-East of Ashby De La Zouch that can be done individually, as short sections or as a whole.
A pleasant walk along well defined public footpaths, bridleways and a few country lanes (take care on these sections) from Packington or Ashby De La Zouch….A map would be useful at times as a lot of paths intersect in some areas. There is no specified start or finish but as a guide when putting them out we started at "No Way Out" and went clockwise, finishing at "Foot High".
Parking suggestions would be the villages of Packington, Normanton Le Heath or in Ashby de La Zouch itself. These all have plenty of places to park but please be considerate to residents..
Some of the caches are hard some easy and some may require you to think a little but do not let this put you off. It is anticipated that some people may DNF a few as some of the caches require a bit of caching know how (we think!).
Hints are few and far between and only used where GPS coverage may be compromised or that we feel stealth and speed is required. The only other help is each cache has a photograph of the general area available if you need it.
Please rehide exactly as found so that future cachers can have the same caching experience and to reduce chance of muggling…As this area can be popular with walkers stealth is required in some areas at times.
