Cape Breton Highlands National Park - Parc national du Canada des Hautes-Terres-du-Cap-Breton
The Event will introduce you to Cape Breton Highlands National Park and the series of geocaches developed to introduce you to our natural and cultural
heritage. 

There are five brand new geocache challenges in the park: the
Ecocache, where by completing the five traditional caches, you receive a limited edition geocoin, the Middle Head Multi-cache, which is being given in co-operation with the Keltic Lodge and an EarthCache, in association with the Geological Society of America. 

The workshops are designed to introduce the newcomer to the sport of geocaching, the national park, and safety in the woods. Come and enjoy a weekend of discoveries and activities		 Cet événement se veut une introduction au Parc National du Canada des Hautes-Terres-du-Cap-Breton ainsi qu’à une série de géocaches destinées à vous montrer notre patrimoine culturel et naturel. 

Cinq nouveaux défis vous attendent dans le parc :  l’Écocache, qui vous récompensera pour avoir trouvé les cinq géocaches traditionnelles par une géopièce à tirage limité; la multi-cache Middle Head, en collaboration avec Keltic Lodge ainsi qu’une Earthcache, en collaboration avec la Geological Society of America. 

Les ateliers ont été conçus pour familiariser le novice avec le sport du géocaching, le parc national et la sécurité en forêt.  Nous vous attendons pour une fin de semaine de découvertes et d’activités.
