AYTE #13: General Order No. 11 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

TazD: This was my last stop of the day picking up some of the AYTE caches. It seemed like it was only yesterday as I watched cachers search for this one for over 7 hours as the cache hid in a place that even I didn't know about. Thanks to all those who figured out the puzzle and made their way to this nice little bench to make the find.
