Je vous propose de découvrir le sanctuaire du Rosey érigé en mémoire de Marcellin Champagnat (PAS DE STYLO DANS LA CACHE )
Au Rosey la chapelle dédiée à Saint Marcellin Champagnat inaugurée en 1958, a été construite à côté de la maison natale de Marcellin, au hameau du Rosey. A l’occasion de la béatification de Marcellin, le monde mariste a fait un apport économique grâce auquel on a pu construire la chapelle latérale de l’Hermitage, où se trouve la dépouille mortelle de Marcellin, et la chapelle du Rosey, à côté de la maison où est né notre fondateur.
La chapelle du Rosey a été un centre de pèlerinage de frères, enseignants, élèves, anciens-élèves et dévots de Champagnat pendant cinquante ans. Grâce aux possibilités du bâtiment, on peut passer une belle journée dans le hameau natal de Marcellin, visitant les lieux où il est né et où il a passé son enfance, la chambre qu’il utilisait lorsqu’il était séminariste, le lieu où il faisait le catéchisme aux gens du hameau, etc.
