The posted coordinates will take you to a very interesting structure with a bronze plaque nearby.
[Update 10/10/2010: The plaque may now be inside of the building. If so, it can be read by looking through the windows]
From this plaque you will get the information for your north coordinates:
A = The number of stories in the building that is being referred to.
B = The third digit of the year the building was built.
C = The number of capital letters in the title of the sign.
N = N44 52.ABC
Next, proceed to N44 52.364 W 092 59.588 (Don't bother punching those in... just look up the parking lot for another plaque) Your Westerly coordinates will come from the information on this plaque:
X = How many words in the title?
Y = The number of letters in the type of rock formation this thing was found in.
Z = The number of letters in the color of the stripes.
W = W 092 59.XYZ
The final will be just up the road in nearby Loveland Park. You will be following faint game trails to the cache, so pay attention to where you turn. Might not be a bad idea to mark the car before you start out.
There are several approaches to the final. Some areas of the park are quite hilly, others not so bad. The easiest route in would be from the north end.
The final is well stocked with swag... please, trade equal or better. No used golf balls. And please, no pocket change. This is about trading, not buying. Help to keep the quality up, OK?
Logging Etiquette: Geocache hiders sometimes go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. As a result, they'd like to hear your feedback on whether you liked or disliked any aspect of the hide, or if you feel that some cache maintenance is required. Single word, acronym, copy/paste boilerplate, and emoticon logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log.
