An easy P&G, difficulty is due to size & location of structure! Stay away from the landscaping, its not located there. 1075'
This Park received a major facelift recently...Parking near by, with facilities for biking, running/jogging, picnics and archery, lest not I should forget, some geocaches too! Updated hint, hopefully that helps

Just a note, as one's GPS'r points one direction, there is another feature everybody should pay attention too! That is the EPE function; which states how accurate the information your GPS'r has while processing how far you're from the posted coordinates...Meaning, yes my posted coordinates were accurate during the times I've averaged them; which doesn't mean they'll be accurate while you're caching my cache! Please, keep this in mind, as I've tried to make this an easy park'n grab, yet...there are areas that don't lend themselves as being easy at all times...
