This cache is located on the Stillman Trail in Black Rock Forest. This can be accessed via Hall Road within the forest or at the interection of the Sackett and Stillman Trails (if you are parking at the suggestd coords).
This has been here for as long as I can remember. Not much of a view, unless you consider the forest and all its serenity a view.
A note on the cache itself -- this thing is bigger than a micro, but smaller than a small.
