Eine Stöpe ist ein Deichdurchbruch, der bei Sturmflut verschlossen werden kann. Der Cache wurde hier platziert, um dem Sucher den schönen Fernblick Elbabwärts nahe zubringen. Bei gutem Wetter kann man mehr als 20km weit blicken. Die Elbe ist hier bei Glückstadt beeindruckende 3,5km breit. Ein Parkplatz liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Caches. Viel Spass beim suchen. Stoepe is a Name for a hole in a dike where it can be past through. In case of high flood the hole can be close. There is a beautiful 20km long view down stream the river elbe. The river at Glückstadt is 3.5km width. A parking place is close by the cache. Have fun.
