Geocache Description:

O Parque da Paz, no concelho de Almada, é uma área verde com cerca de 60ha onde poderá encontrar vários lagos, muitos caminhos, diversas zonas de repouso e de lazer e ainda uma fauna e flora bastante ricas.

A cerca de 10min de automóvel a partir de Lisboa, o Parque da Paz oferece excelentes condições para uma visita em família. Uma das suas principais atracções é o grande lago com diversas espécies de patos, gansos e cisnes, garças, peixes, tartarugas e outros.

Esta cache é dedicada aos répteis...

Os animais aqui representados são totalmente inofensivos para os seres humanos e, na sua maioria, são úteis. Estes animais precisam da nossa tolerância para sobreviver neste meio. Seja amigo de todos os animais!

The Parque da Paz, in Almada, is a green area with around 60ha where you can found lakes, walkways, resting zones and a rich fauna and flora.
About 10 min driving from Lisbon, Parque da Paz, offers excellent conditions for a family to spend some time together. One of its main attractions is the big lake with several species of ducks, gooses and swans, herons, fishes, turtles and more.

This cache is devoted to reptiles. The animals pictured here are totally inoffensive to humans and most of them are useful. These animals need our tolerance to survive in this environment. Be a friend of all animals.
