This cache is hidden by the Holei Sea Arch. The reason for the high terrain rating is because of the lava.
Sea arches are very common, although there are few that are easily viewable. At Holei Sea Arch, the cliffs are 80-90 feet high, though waves still crash against it. The area closest to sea level erodes faster and is undercut by the waves, which will eventually cause the arch's collapse.
In order to log this cache, you must:
1. Take a picture of the Sea Arch with someone in your party and your GPS.
2. Answer the question: How was the Holei Sea Arch formed? (To answer this question, you may need to talk to a Park Ranger since there is no plaque at the site.)
