Located on undeveloped city property
A good friend of mine from California - frutcheyclan - introduced me to geocaching in early 2009. On one of our first outings, we visited a park in the cities that had numerous caches. After our first few Peanut butter jar hides that literally consisted of a jar, hidden by a pile of sticks against the nearest log, we had grown tired of it. This cache idea sprang from that outing, and is a memorial to all the Peanut Butter lovers out there. If you happen to own a cache that is a PB jar against a log, covered by rotten wood, please do not take offense; your cache hiding spot just becomes the first place I look.
Just shoot ME if I ever hide a cache like that!
The actual container type and hiding location is a mystery; suffice it to say, it is NOT a nano, and it is NOT suitcase sized. You may find some things that appear to be the cache, but sadly you will be disappointed. If you find one of these other things, please hide it with any available rotten wood or sticks or... you get the idea. That goes without saying for the cache itself.
The tree cover at ground zero will give some a few problems zeroing in, sorry!
It was quite the battle to get to. Probably easiest to get to from the south, but more "fun" from the north! If you come to find this one, you should consider doing the other caches nearby, as this involves some work and commitment to get to.
Wear your boots... enough said. There is a pencil but bringing your own would be a good idea none the less.
