It is rated 4 because there may be a few thorns and it is not wheel chair accessible.
this cache is a camo container no bigger then a film canister. should be a quick park and go. there may be a muggle watch because people like to walk along this road. The cache has a log book and a pencil but you should bring a pencil just in case the led is broken. this cache is no longer winter friendly.
i have put the cache in a new area and it might be a little easier now. the cords shouls be really close.
and remember . walk like a geocacher and beware of the mugglers
