This is a Greek-Austrian-Friendship-Cache to promote international cooperation in geocaching or geocaching in other countries. It will also give you an impression of the work of a famous architect.
At the header-coordinates you are standing in front of a well-known building. Find out which architect designed that building. This architect also designed a lot of other buildings in Austria (Vienna).
Now you need an Austrian co-worker or to book a flight to Vienna ;-)
In Vienna find out a red building, which has been architected primarily by Heinrich Ferstel, but then the building commission preferred the design-concept from the architect who designed the Greek building at the header-coordinates.
Go there and look for the following sign to find out A, B, C and D:
E is the number of the doors at the frontside of the "Red-Building" and F ist the number of the big "Window-Letters"
Now its time for some maths and the final work in Athens.
The cache you'll find at the following coordinates (its nearby another building from this famous architect):
N 37° 58.(A-1)(C-1)(E-6)
E 023° 43.(B+1)(D-2)(F+3)
Please take along your own pen. Be careul and put the Cachebox back in the same way you found it. No stickers please!
Online-Log-Condition: Send a foto from you in front of the Austrian building to me or name the cooperating Austrian Cacher in your log!
Have fun and enjoy your (virtual?) trip to Vienna!
Small note on cache maintenance: Mark-X will assist with maintenance.
