make personalized copies for each member of teams that have posted
their attendance by May 15th. You may list individual names in your
“will attend” or send that info by e-mail to Elly at
elly@ellyd.com indicate

SPECIAL EVENT CACHES are
hopefully being planned! As of 3/27/09 there are 26 caches
in Pelham; 60 caches within a 5 mile radius of Pelham and
376 caches within a 10 mile radius of Pelham.
TRAVEL BUGS: To
facilitate a smooth transfer at the exchange table, please post a
note in advance to log in and drop the NAME(s) of TBs/Geocoins you
will be bringing. You can to sign them IN and OUT on the sheets
that we use to answer any questions that arise during the week
after the event. And don’t forget to log in at the meet any late
travel bug arrivals. If you have an extra one to drop you’ll allow
a newcomer who has none, to grab it to learn about travel bugs and
move one along. Log them out on the website as soon as you can.
CACHE ITEM SWAP You’re
invited to bring trade items (value $5.00). At 3:00 p.m. we will
start drawing names. We will continue this until all items are
picked. Keep it simple, make it fun.
